The Heart of Temple Dance

Temple Dance is a somatic and spiritual movement practice that uses the body as a doorway to healing, awakening, and empowerment. It is a path to freedom found not by escaping your humanity but by inhabiting it fully.

In each session, you awaken the somatic stories living in your body, the raw emotional energies that have been held, suppressed, or pathologized. Here, those energies are not analyzed or judged but felt, expressed, and released in their purest form.

As that energy moves, it reveals its own wisdom and beauty. You begin to see that your feelings were never the problem; they were the teachers.

 

Through this process, emotion transforms into clarity and power. You learn to dance with what you feel, to integrate its message, and to reclaim your aliveness through direct experience. Temple Dance is a return to what movement has always been: our original prayer, our first language with spirit, and a study of the body as a sacred instrument for liberation.

Class Details

Each session includes guided somatic warm-ups, movement exercises, and intention-based embodiment practices.
