About The Class
Join a warm meditation community led by Nathan Hirschaut, a Buddhist practitioner and meditation teacher in the Tibetan Vajrayana Buddhist lineage.
Each week, you’ll explore traditional Buddhist methods for cultivating awareness, compassion, and presence, drawn from the same wisdom traditions practiced by generations of awakened masters.
Through guided instruction and silent sitting, you will:

This class welcomes both beginners and experienced meditators who wish to deepen their path in community.
Class Details
Each session includes guided meditation, a short Dharma teaching, and time for reflection, a chance to experience calm, clarity, and connection through meditating with others.
When: Mondays, 7–8 PM PST
