Hi, I’m Nathan. I’m an embodiment coach, artist, and guide.
I trained as a dancer at Juilliard, living a life that looked perfect on the outside—but underneath, I was performing. Pretending. Chasing dreams I thought would make me happy. Living from the outside in.
My healing began when I got sick—and I couldn’t live that way anymore. My body became my teacher. It led me back to presence, honesty, and the truth I had buried beneath perfection and performance.
This work is about surrendering control and letting the body lead. It’s about listening to what’s actually being felt—not what we’ve been taught to feel.
I help you reconnect to your body, clarify what’s true for you, and live from that truth.

WHAT TO EXPECT
In our one-on-one session, I’ll guide you through a somatic journey using movement, breath, sound, and meditation to help you reconnect with your body—and what’s true for you beneath the noise.
This is a space to slow down and come home to yourself. Together, we’ll explore your internal landscape, not through analysis, but through direct experience. You’ll be supported in feeling what’s been hard to feel, expressing what’s been held in, and discovering the wisdom your body has been holding all along.
After the guided practice, we’ll take time to reflect on what you discovered and how it applies to your life. I’ll offer grounded, practical insight to help you integrate the session in real, tangible ways.
This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting you to the power, clarity, and authenticity that’s already within you.

Sessions are available on Zoom or in-person (Los Angeles). No experience needed—just a willingness to show up.
PRICING (THROUGH OCTOBER):
– IN PERSON: $210 for a single session, $1,000 for a 6-session package
– ZOOM: $170 for a single session, $800 for a 6-session package

All sessions are held with full confidentiality and deep respect. This is a space of care and non-judgment. Your body leads, and your truth is welcome.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
