About the event
Directed by Treyden Chiaravalloti and produced by Hive Creates founder Nathan Hirschaut, One Precious Life is an environmental documentary-style film inspired by Jenny Smith, president and founder of Community Carbon Trees.
Drawing on themes of childlike wisdom and motherly love, One Precious Life is a poetic narrative that follows a young girl’s discovery of her life’s calling. After an inspiring experience planting a tree, she feels a profound unity with the natural world. She asks her mother who taught the trees to grow? And wonders, who taught me how to love? This short film shows the relationship that a mother and her young daughter share through service and giving back to the Earth while uncovering the devastating impact of deforestation on the environment.
100% of the ticket proceeds go to Community Carbon Trees to support reforestation. Help us raise $10,000 in support of mother earth.
