Kundalini Yoga Introductory Session or Check-In
In this consultation, we will discover what your needs are and build you a daily practice that works for your lifestyle. Maybe you need a 15-minute potent practice or maybe you're looking for a deep 2-hour meditative immersion. I use your astrological, numerological, elemental, and energetic constitution to help us diagnose what will be the best fit for you.
Kundalini Yoga 4-Pack
This is for you if you are looking to develop and/or deepen your practice. If you are looking for accountability and structure. Or if you want a private guide to support your spiritual evolution. The subconscious mind can be tricky and working to release and re-program thought forms is no easy task. I provide a clean reflection and the wisdom I have gained from my teachers to support you on your spiritual path. All sessions must be used within a 2-month time period.
