All services and products are owned and created by Nathan Hirschaut. By attending Inner Teacher's services, you agree to abide by our terms as defined below.
General
By accessing the website at http://www.innerteacher.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are effective as of May, 2020. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on use of the Site, from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.
Intellectual Property
All materials made available to you remain property of Nathan Hirschaut. Please do not copy or distribute content without prior written approval from Inner Teacher.
Unless explicitly authorized in these Terms of Service or otherwise explicitly authorized by Inner Teacher, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any materials.
Payment Policy
Prior to your Inner Teacher Private session, payment is due in full.
Refund Policy
Your investment in a Inner Teacher Private is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
All Inner Teacher Privates have a “no refund” cancellation policy. You may cancel and reschedule a Inner Teacher Private up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. Sessions cancelled and rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in charging the full session fee. In the rare event of Nathan needing to cancel a session, client has two options: another session may be scheduled, or the payment for the cancelled session may be refunded.
No Show Policy
Clients who are not present within 15 minutes of the session’s scheduled starting time are considered “no show.” Payment is still required in the event of a no show. If a client arrives late for a session, that session will still conclude at the end of the appointed hour.
Prices and Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change on products and services. All changes will be reflected on Inner Teacher's website prior to new services or products being sold. Please see product or service description for further information. We reserve the right to take legal action to collect any funds unpaid by established due date. Payments are due prior to sessions.
Privacy
All information shared in a Inner Teacher Private is confidential. Any information you provide or recorded sessions will not be shared with any third parties, unless with signed permission from the client or participant.
While using this site, you may be asked to provide a name, email, or other personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We do our best to keep your email address and all information private. If you ever feel that your information may have been compromised, please contact us immediately for customer service at innertearchermethod@gmail.com and we will do our best to address the situation.
Minors
Children under 18 are welcome to browse through our website but should not contact us except through their parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that an individual submitting information is under 18, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
