What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a technology to create more energy and consciousness in your body/mind system. There are 4 wheels that seamlessly integrate into every class; mantra, meditation, yoga, and breath work. Each Kundalini Yoga class will work and balance all your bodies; mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional, causing increased happiness and health.
I started Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in 2017 with my teacher Guru Jagat in New York City. At the time I was extremely depressed and addicted to smoking weed. Kundalini, although weird at first, helped me to get high on my own supply and drop my dependency on external substances. Now 5 years into regular practice, I have more energy, I am, for the most part, emotionally stable and in command of my moods, I have far less destructive habits, and my mind has little to no chatter.
