The Curious Body is a 3-hour somatic field study — a living experiment in how movement can free us from the loops of identity, the grip of habit, and the trance of self-protection.

This isn’t a class. It’s a mystical laboratory.A place where the body becomes a portal — into deeper awareness, richer sensation, and the raw mystery of being alive.

When we stop grasping and start moving, something shifts. We stop fixating. We begin to play. We meet the moment as it is — full, ripe, surprising. We awaken new pathways of perception, and suddenly the world looks different: lighter, more magical, more possible.

This is the practice of embodied metaphysics — the art of living inside the question. Of becoming the movement. Not the fixed self, but the changing tide. Not the answer, but the inquiry itself.
